Batavia's Kyra Stella earns Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Elmira College

Kyra Stella, of Batavia, was one of 60 students who participated in the annual Elmira College Nurse Pinning Ceremony in Gibson Theatre as part of Commencement weekend activities.

The ceremony recognizes students who have completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.

Founded in 1855, Elmira College is a private, residential, liberal arts college offering 25-plus majors, an honors program, 17 academic societies, and 18 Division III varsity teams.
