Just overheard on the scanner (source unknown): "Gee, I guess you can't take a truck that's 14' 3" and put it under an awning that's 11' 6". "

Now, I have no idea what that was all about, but it sounds like something got crunched.

Must be another unfamiliar driver going under Cedar Street bridge again-that's my guess. If it is,why can't that bridge be removed?AFAIK,there is nothing that goes over that any more.But I don't recall seeing any height signs(on southbound side)on the other underpass,which I assume it should be at least 13'6"....
