Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross St., Batavia is offering a winter reading program for adults called “Blizzard of Reading.” Be rewarded for your reading! Receive grand prize entries for each book read (up to four). Read anything you want, including the option to read a magazine or issues of local and national newspapers as one of your entries.
