I voted "yes", but there's a caveat with that vote. Make sales tax for online sales uniform, and split evenly between the selling and buying locations. There are services that can compute whatever tax should be collected, but it all could be simplified by making the online sales tax rate uniform across the country - let's say 4% or 5%.
