Today's Poll: Should the U.S. withdraw troops from Syria?

Not just Syria, let's include Iraq, Afghanistan, Japan, South Korea, Germany.....any country that doesn't call itself part of North or South America. And let's stop sending money to all of them, as well, including Israel. We need to fix what domestic issues we have, and let the rest of the world fend for themselves.

Hard to say this, but agree with Bud,we need to dismantle the US world police force and concentrate on our own borders and people first. Lets call it, 'America First".

Ah, so you're a fan of the Monroe Doctrine?

I think it's a bit outdated. No European nation is likely to convert any part of the Americas into a new colony.

We shouldn't interfere in other countries in Americas either.

The one reason I came close to voting for Trump was the idea he might support a less interventionist foreign policy. I didn't trust him on that point -- he's too much of a militarist -- and so far he's given me no reason to believe my mistrust was misplaced. One word: Bolton.
