Annabelle P. Monaco

Batavia - Annabelle P. Monaco, 79, of Batavia and formerly of Lackawanna, passed away on Saturday (October 8, 2016) at home under the care of Homecare & Hospice and her loving family.

Annabelle was born January 19, 1937 in Lackawanna, a daughter of the late Angelo and Marianna Monaco.

Annabelle enjoyed traveling, baking, cooking, reading and playing the slot machines.  She loved animals and was a purchasing agent at Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Lackawanna.

Survivors include three nieces, Michele Mistretta, Patrice Mistretta and Tina (Rick) Mistretta Fields; a brother-in-law, Pat Mistretta; one brother, Michael Monaco and a nephew, Ken Monaco.

Annabelle is a sister of the late Mary Mistretta, Anthony Monaco and Nicholas Monaco.  

There are no prior calling hours and services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Memorials may be made to Crossroads House, P.O. Box 403, Batavia, NY 14021 or Homecare & Hospice, 29 Liberty Street, Suite #6, Batavia, NY 14020.
