Pauline M. Kegler

By LaVern Falcone

Pavilion ~ Pauline M. Kegler passed away peacefully on Friday, May 16, while in the care of Crossroads House in Batavia.

Pauline grew up in Alden and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Lancaster. After high school, Pauline met William Kegler and started their family in 1966, moving from Alden, to Oakfield, to Batavia and settled into retirement in Pavilion, where she enjoyed spending her time reading, baking and watching the wildlife from her back deck.  She was an excellent cook and baker; talents she attempted to instill into her children… some took some didn’t.  She loved vegetable gardening and flower gardening, and going to the berry patch with her grandchildren.  Pauline was recognized as a “sewing wizard” with her talents and abilities as a seamstress, tailor and quilter.
