Ralph S. Cintorino

Ralph S. Cintorino, 91 of Byron and formerly of Batavia, passed away peacefully on Friday (December 11, 2015) at Crossroads House.

He was born in Batavia, NY on December 2, 1924, son of the late Anthony and Antoinette Risso Cintorino.

Mr. Cintorino was employed by Doehler-Jarvis Co. in Batavia prior to his retirement. He was an Army Veteran of WWII and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was also a Parishioner of Resurrection Parish.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Carmen Baglio Cintorino of Byron. Son and daughter in-law, John (Diane) Cintorino of Byron. Grandchildren, Melissa (Kurt) Wegener of Florida and Michael Cintorino of Batavia. Great-granddaughter, Kayla Wegener. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brothers, Andy, Joe, Pete, Nick, Benny and Sam Cintorino.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are cordially invited to his Mass of Christian Burial,  Tuesday (Dec. 15th), 12:00pm noon at Resurrection Parish, 303 E. Main St., Batavia. Burial with full military honors will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
