Batavia - Rosemary Smith, 90, of Batavia, formerly of Corfu, passed away Friday (December 11, 2015) at United Memorial Medical Center, Batavia.
Rosemary was born on April 16, 1925, in Alexander, a daughter of the late Claude and Melvina Clute Spencer. She worked at the E.N. Rowell Box Factory in Batavia. Rosemary was the wife of the late Laverne A. Smith.
Surviving are three sons, Laverne (Pat) Smith, Gary (Helen) Smith and Gerald Smith; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials made be made to the family. Arrangements were made by C. B. Beach & Son Mortuary, Inc., 4 East Main Street, Corfu.
