  Anna M. Foeller of Alexander, passed away Sunday February 14, 2016 at the Teresa House in Geneseo at the age of 102. Anna was born in Buffalo on December 14, 1913 to the late Charles L. and Louise (Tamlin) Armstrong. She is predeceased by her husband Richard Foeller in 1977, grandson David Foeller in 1984 and sister Louise Brickel.

Anna lived in Alexander for many, many years. She retired from the Alexander School District as a part time custodian. Growing up during the Great Depression, she watched as radio evolved into television, the advancement of the automobile and many other inventions throughout her 102 years. She loved jig-saw and crossword puzzles and reading but most of all she loved being with her family, especially all of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children; Ronald (Melanie) Foeller of Duanesburg, NY, Judith Spaulding of Rochester, NY, Paul (Georgia) Foeller of Dansville, NY, and Gary Foeller of Denver, CO; 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

There will be no prior calling hours and all services will be held privately. She will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery in Attica.
