He was a graduate of Perry Central School where he played football and baseball. Fran loved music, fishing and was very artistic. He was an avid Buffalo Bills Fan and was extremely passionate about football. In his memory the family would like anyone who wants to wear their Buffalo Bills attire to please do so.
He is survived by his fiancé Tonja Hopseker of Friendship; son Christopher Shattuck of Lima; brother Joshua (Fiancé Laura Brandes) Shattuck of Castile; sister Amanda (Fiancé Juan Rosario) Shattuck of Lakeville, their children Gabrielle and Sylus.

A 6:00PM Celebration of Life will immediately follow calling hours on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at the Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery, Perry.
