Kyle A. Couchman

Batavia - Kyle A. Couchman, age 47, of Batavia, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Rochester General Hospital.

Kyle was born August 10, 1968 in Buffalo, the son of Donald Bigham and Joan (Vroman) Bigham of Greece.

An avid freelance photographer, Kyle was a member of the Western New York Photography Group. He loved fishing, deep sea diving and computer gaming. Kyle will be remembered by many for his banter on local radio stations and online news sources.

Surviving along with his parents are his loving and devoted wife, Theresa “Terrey” B. (Schiavi) Lee of Batavia; his children, Ryan Couchman and  Nicole Couchman; two step-sons, James Preedom of Albion and Mark Flaming of Pavilion; his granddaughter,  Avery Flaming of Pavilion; his sister, Kelly (Michael) Morgott of Virginia; nephew,  Zachary Morgott of Virginia; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Frank Schiavi, III of Batavia, Cheryl (Allen) Gillette of Cohocton, Kathie (Richard) Boyce of Lakeland, Florida and Fran Schiavi of Benson, Arizona; Kyle is also survived by his three cats that he adored: Misty, Luisia and Eunice.

Friends may call on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia. Kyle’s funeral service will follow visitation at 7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to the family.
