Memorial services are being announced for Ms. Bowen who passed peacefully on Saturday January 23, 2016 at the Genesee County Nursing Home at the age of 77.
Surviving are her sisters, Marcia Hartway, Marjorie Nesbitt, Lois Nanni, Rose Kitamik and Norma Waldron along with many nieces and nephews.
