JoAnn M. Scott, 77, of Perry passed away on Monday May 2, 2016 at Eastside Nursing Home in Warsaw. She was born in Warsaw, New York on May 21, 1938 a daughter of the late Robert "Bud" and Lucille (Wilkow) Scholes. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Cedric A. Scott who died in 2012, and a sister Mary Jean Songer.

JoAnn was a graduate of Letchworth Central High School. She was a self employed home health aide, and had worked previously for the former Perry Knitting Mill, Motorola and Archway Cookies.She enjoyed bowling, knitting, crocheting, sewing, gardening and doing crossword puzzles.

She is survived by 2 daughters; Kathleen (David) Andres of Sandusky, Colleen Howlett of Fla., 4 sons; Theodore (Jackie) Scott of West Plains, MO, Marshall Scott of Perry Gregory Scott of Perry and Curtis (Susan) Scott of Castile 2 sisters; Roberta Carney and Margaret (Gary) Wilcox both of Raleigh, SC; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1great great granddaughter, along with many nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. Graveside services will be held on Friday May 6, 2016 at 2:00PM at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Silver Springs. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Silver Springs.
