
Clarence graduated from the Alexander CSD and worked for many years as a Mason with the Local 3 BAC out of Rochester and his construction company, Goodman & Schmieder Incorporated which he owned with his close friend and business partner Herb Schmieder of Attica. Although he technically retired and moved to Florida with the love of his life, Jean, he will always be known for how hard he worked throughout his entire life.
He is survived by his children; Raymond (Toni) Goodman of Dalton, Brenda (Merritt) Holly of E. Bethany and Carol (Mike) Lear of Stafford; sister Sandra (Raymond) Post; 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a niece Julie Clark of Rochester.
There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral Services will be held privately for the family. He will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Alexander.
