Herman J. Miller, 84 of North Java, passed peacefully on July 14, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo. He was born February 21, 1932 in Sheldon to the late Catherine (Collier) Miller. Mr. Miller is preceded in death by two sons David and Gregory Miller; granddaughter Randall Miller; along with nine siblings.   

Mr. Miller was a combat Veteran that served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a longtime member of the VWF, Legion, Moose Club, and Holy Family Parish. Mr. Miller was an avid fisherman, gardener, woodworker, and model airplane builder. He loved walking, traveling to Florida and being with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years Esther J. (Glaus) Miller of North Java; children Doug (Nancy) Miller of Cowlesville; Donna (Bob) Duncan of OR; Marianne (Lee) Clark of Attica; Sandra (Dan) Zandrowicz of North Java; sister Grace (Pete) Damico of Syracuse; 8 grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday July 21, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Marley Funeral Home, LLC 135 Main Street Attica, New York 14011. An 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 22, 2016 at Holy Family Parish 4316 Rt. 98 North Java, NY 14113. He will be laid to rest in St. Nicholas Cemetery, North Java.
