Jeff was a United States Army Veteran and served during Desert Storm. He loved music and enjoyed playing video games. Jeff was always trying to help people and did every chance he had.
He is survived by a son Daniel A. DeGraff of California; brother Philip (Laura) DeGraff of Warsaw; sister Sabra (Albert) Smith of Mt. Morris; nieces Savanna Smith and Mary Bernard.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday September 18, 2016 from 1:00-5:00PM at the Perry VFW Post 5009 20 Washington Blvd. Perry, NY 14530
