Adele M. Sikora, 83 of LeRoy died June 15, 2010 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.

Born July 5, 1926 in Wilkes Barre PA. Daughter of the late Michael (Mary Daugela) Baikauskas. Mrs. Sikora was a retired from the Erie County Library in Buffalo where she was a library clerk.

She was formerly a member of St. Stanislaus Church in Bradford, New York. 

Preceded in death by  her husband Edward F. Sikora in 1999 and a sister Mary Hamersloy. She is survived by a daughter Judy (Perry Woodfin) Sikora of Batavia and a son Daniel (Ann) Sikora of Hamburg, NY. Two sisters Rita (Al) Freda and Albena Nedswick both of New Jersey survive along with 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

Friends may call on Thursday June 17, 2010 from 4 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home. Prayers will be recited on Friday June 11, 2010 at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon in Resurrection Parish (St. Joseph’s) 303 East Main Street, Batavia. Burial will be at Bradford Cemetery in Bradford, New York. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Genesee County Animal Shelter, 3841 West Main Road, Batavia, NY 14020 or to Sussman Palliative Care Unit, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 687, Rochester, NY 14642.
