Glenn A. Elliott, 72 of Byron, NY died September 4, 2010 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. Born August 6, 1938 in LeRoy, NY son of the late Clifford (Alice Green) Elliott. Mr. Elliott was a retired carpenter having worked for Rochester Union Local 85 for 45 years. He was a Navy veteran and a loving father to all his children. Preceded in death by two brothers Jim and Alan and four sisters Wilma, Virginia, Beverly and Nancy. 
 
He is survived by his wife of 34 years Sandra (Gillett) Elliott of Byron; sons Ralph (Roxie) Elliott of Clarkson, NY; David (Melissa) Elliott of Hilton, NY; John (Karen) Elliott of NC. Daughters Kelly (Robert) Arnold of Byron, Heidi (Russ) Baylor of VA and Rachel (Kevin) Pangrazio of NC. Two sisters Jackie (Bill) Reynolds of Cheektowaga, Mary (John) Woodridge of GA, four brothers Paul Elliott of TN, Frank (Barb) Elliott of LeRoy, Gary (Paula) Elliott of OK, Doug Elliott of Byron and two sisters in law Marie Elliott and Janet Elliott both of LeRoy. 17 Grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren survive along with his best carpenter buddy Jackie Potter and several nieces and nephews. 
 
There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
