Wayne D. Clark Sr.

Wayne was born in Cleveland, Ohio August 27, 1932, son of the late Harry D. and Vida M. Denour Clark Sr. Mr. Clark owned and operated Winchell’s Donuts in Elcajon, Cal. for over 15 years. He sold the business and moved to New York State and worked as a truck driver for DeWitt Inc. in Pavilion. He was a member of the Perry Vets Club. He volunteered at the Silver Lake Day treatment in Perry as a grandparent. He enjoyed cooking, mowing his lawn, and gardening, playing games on the computer, watching sporting events, especially his team the Cleveland Browns, traveling, camping, and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his wife Geneva Clark who died in 2005, brothers Harry Jr., Roland , Dick , and Melvin Clark.

He is survived by two daughters Norma ( Marty ) Coleman of Warsaw, Velinda Clark of West Virginia, three sons Wayne Clark Jr. of Perry, Thomas Clark of Jefferson, Ohio, and Michael (Jody) Clark of Perry, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday November 17th from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. Perry, NY 14530. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
