Yvonne was born in Manhatten, NY on May 27, 1941 a daughter of the late John Stroman and Josephine Williams. She was a resident of the Perry ICF. She moved to the Livingston and Wyoming County area in 1988. She enjoyed being around people, especially her care givers at the various state homes she was in. She enjoyed the many parties at the home, going on different outings, and was known to be quite the jokester.
She is survived by the many caregivers at the Perry ICF.
Friends may call from 9:30-10:30am on Wednesday January 16th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 N. Main St. in Perry where services will follow at 10:30am. Interment will take place in Glenwood Cemetery, Perry, NY.
