Norman J. Cicero

Norman was born in Warsaw, New York on June 13, 1940 a son of the late Francis and Helen (Cygan) Cicero. Norm was a graduate of Perry Central School. He was a construction worker all his life, he retired from Rochester Laborers Local #435 working for the Pike Co. in Rochester. He served with the US Army. He was a member of the Perry VFW Post #5009 where he was a past Commander, and was very active in organizing Memorial Day services and veterans funerals, he was also a member of the Perry and Warsaw Vets Clubs, and the Silver Lake Sportsman’s Club. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia who died in 2012 and a brother Francis Cicero.

He is survived by 2 sons: Vincent (Brenda) Cicero of Mt. Morris, Mark Cicero of Perry, a brother; Andrew (Gertrude) Cicero of Pensacola, Fl., 2 grandsons: Tylor and Dylan, 4 sister-in-laws, and a brother-in-law, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday June 28th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 29th at 3:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Wilmont Cancer Center or Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
