Kenneth W. Willey

Kenneth W. Willey, 83 of Bennington, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on September 30, 1930 in Castile to the late Henry (Florence Borgus) Willey. Mr. Willey was a United States Army Veteran and member of the Beachhead Veterans Club in Alexander. He was a longtime member of the Orangeville United Church of Christ, enjoyed playing Euchre and farming. He is preceded in death by his brother Elmer Willey.

Mr. Willey is survived by his beloved wife Gwen (Hall) Willey of Bennington; sons Greg (Sandra) Willey of Bennington; Stanley (Donna) Willey of Attica; daughter Valerie (Scott Wooton) Dyer of North Java; sisters Gertrude Caryl of Silver Springs; JoAnne Kelly of Perry Center; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Saturday March 15, 2014 from 3 to 7 PM at Marley Funeral Home, LLC. 135 Main St. Attica, NY 14011. An 11:00 AM Funeral Service will be held on Sunday March 16, 2014 at the Orangeville United Church of Christ 2165 Exchange St. Attica, NY 14011. He will be laid to rest in the Freedom Cemetery, Freedom, NY.
