Ronald was born December 21, 1957 in Springville, NY to Carol Viola (Christoff) of Springville and the late Robert D. Sullivan.
Mr. Sullivan received his degree in music education from University of Buffalo and worked for 20 years at the Orleans Correctional Facility as an ABE Teacher. Ronald outside of his teaching career had a great love for music and the family band which dates back to his late father, he was an exceptional singer and there was not an instrument he couldn't play. "The Reflections" an eight piece band that included Ronald's dad and his triplet brothers that boasted playing hundreds of local and regional gatherings, including weddings, clubs and all kinds of parties. A true family man who had a great zest for life, he enjoyed his motorcycle, golfing, hunting, the outdoors and quiet car rides/trips with his dear wife, Paula
Surviving along with his mother is his beloved wife of 33 years, Paula (Jesment) Sullivan of Batavia; loving daughters, Christine of Batavia and Maria of Philadelphia, PA; siblings; Betty Cherry, David (Rhonda) Sullivan, Duane (Laureen) Sullivan, Dennis (Cynthia) Sullivan and Mary Ballachino all of Springville, NY along with nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends may visit from 3-8 p.m. on Wednesday October 15, 2014 at the Michael S. Tomaszewski Funeral & Cremation Chapel, LLC 4120 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York 14020 where a celebration of Life service will be held Thursday October 16 at 11:00 a.m. Memorials in Ronald's memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice and he will be laid to rest in Grand View Cemetery.
