Rose J. Brandetsas

Rose J. Brandetsas, 81, of Perry died on Friday October 24, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Mt. Morris on April 5, 1933 a daughter of the late Samuel and Angelina (Amoroso) Bonadonna.  Rose was the office manager for her husband’s dental practice in Perry, and later worked for SUNY Geneseo as a secretary until her retirement.  She was a member of the Red Hat Society in Perry and the Silver Lake Country Club and a former member of the Tuesday Club in Perry.  Rose enjoyed cooking, knitting, going on walks, traveling, shopping, going out to eat and taking care of her family. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers Nicholas and Anthony Bonadonna
 

She is survived by her husband Dr. Peter Brandetsas whom she married on July 14, 1957. A son Craig (Terri) Brandetsas of Mentor, OH,  2 daughters Kim (Michael) Winter of Warsaw, Lisa Martin of Oakland, CA,  a sister Joanne (Kenneth) Warzocha of Rochester, 6 grandchildren Ken (Melissa) Winter, James (Megan) Winter, Michael (Rachel Hains) Winter, Christian, Chandler and Cameryn Brandetsas, 2 great grandchildren Talan and Mya Winter along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call 4-7 pm on Tuesday October 28th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 N. Main St. in Perry.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 29th at 10:00am at the funeral home.  She will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
