Batavia - Harry P. Leanen, 88, of Batavia, died Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Batavia Health Care Center.
Harry was born August 13, 1926 in Batavia, a son of the late Frank and Amy (Pamphilon) Leanen.
Harry enjoyed playing golf with Andy and Gary and working in his yard, especially gardening. He loved his cats and was a Buffalo Bills fan. Harry was an assembler at the former O&K Trojan in Batavia.
Survivors include his daughter, Shelley Macdonald of Batavia; two grandchildren, Gary E. Macdonald and Melody (Andy) Stone, both of Batavia; one sister, Mary Waterman of LeRoy and several nieces and nephews.
He is the husband of the late Betty Leanen and brother of the late Edward Leanen.
There are no prior calling hours. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia. Burial will be at a later date in Morganville Cemetery.
