Evan N. Hinrich, 70, of Dalton passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born April 3, 1945 in Warsaw to the late Clarence (Doris Collister) Hinrich.  Evan is preceded in death by his sisters Gloria Bunch and Denise Hinrich.

Evan served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1968. He retired from Markin Tubing where he was a Tool & Die Maker for over 30 years. In his free time, Evan loved fishing and golf and shared a special love for music.  

Evan is survived by his loving wife Esther (Beardsley) Hinrich of Dalton; his children James (Cheryl) Hinrich of Dalton, Michael (Renee) Hinrich of Nunda. Lisa Hinrich of Dalton, Wendy (Jeremie) Fox of Dalton and David (Danielle) Hinrich of Cleveland; brother Kevin (Darlene) Hinrich of Wyoming; sisters Karen (Robert) Moyer of Perry, Gail Ayers of Perry and Linda (Fran) Badman of Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call from 2-4PM & 7-9PM on Monday June 1, 2015 at New Testament Church 7080 Standpipe Rd. Perry, NY 14530. A 1:00 PM Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 2nd at the church. He will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery in Dalton.
