Batavia - Richard Daniel Earl, 60, of Batavia, passed away on Friday, June 19th, 2015 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Earl was born October 30, 1954 in Rochester, a son of the late Bert C. Sr. and Shirley King Earl.
He is survived by his children, Tracy Toth of Wisconsin, Nicole Hatch of Niagara Falls, Richard Earl and Mandy Earl, both of Rochester; four brothers, Bruce (Ann) Earl and Michael (Darlene) Earl, both of Nappanee, Indiana, Bert C. Jr. (Cindy) Earl of Batavia and Chuck Earl of Rochester; two sisters, Becky (Jim) Smith of Livonia and Sue (Tom) Pendelton of Batavia; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his sister, Candace Earl Buck.
Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia, where services will follow at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Elmwood Cemetery, Harvester Avenue.
