Oakfield - Beverly M. Herbst, 83, of Oakfield, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at United Memorial Medical Center.
Beverly was born August 16, 1935 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late William M. and Florence E. (Banks) Geary.
Beverly loved reading, camping, playing bingo and pull tabs and being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a factory worker at Philpac in Buffalo.
Survivors include her children, Gerald F. (Judy) Herbst, Jr. of Buffalo, Carol Miller of Oakfield, Richard Herbst of Oakfield and Candy (Jim) Hockwater of Newstead; one brother, Bert (Maureen) Atkins of Canada; two sisters, Joan (late Omar) Azeez of Irving and Donna (late Gene) Eberheart of Irving; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Beverly is the wife of the late Gerald F. Herbst, mother of the late Kenneth Herbst and a sister of the late Billy Geary, Jr. and Mary Geary.
There are no prior calling hours and services will be held at the convenience of the family.
