Lois spent her life caring for her husband of 56 years, Thomas, and their children Michael, Steven, and Robert. She devoted herself to raising her family and instilled her best qualities in them. Lois especially enjoyed spending time with her extended family and friends making every occasion special with her thoughtful touch. She rarely missed a sporting event or activity in which her children and grandchildren had participated. Lois enjoyed gardening, cooking, and baking, and combined these passions for wonderful family gatherings. She also took great joy in traveling the country with Tom and her friends from the Crown Victoria Association in their restored 1955 Ford Crown Victoria.
Lois is survived by her husband, Thomas; three sons, Michael, of Fillmore, NY, Steven (Jean), of Attica, NY, and Robert, of LeRoy, NY; grandchildren, Eric, Ethan, Kathryn, and Nina; her sisters, Priscilla (William) Handrich, of Hadley, Mass, and Phyllis (Harold) Merle, of Attica, NY; sister-in-law, Barbara (late Edward) Newman, of Corfu, NY; and many nieces and nephews that she cared deeply for.
There will be no prior visitation. Services will be held privately with family.
