Lindsay L. Moore

BYRON - Lindsay L. Moore, 64, of Byron, passed away Tuesday, (December 11, 2018), at Rochester General Hospital.

Lindsay was born November 8, 1954, in Malone, a daughter of the late Donald and Audrey (Hardy) Prue.

A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Byron and enjoyed working crossword puzzels, crafting, gardening, cooking and baking.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and greatly enjoyed her canine companions, Winni and the late Chloe.

She is the wife of James Moore, of Byron.  The two were married in Rochester in 1981. 

Surviving along with her husband are her children, Hayley (Ryan) Stein of Byron, Kirby (Brandon) Branciforte of LeRoy, and Sydney Moore of East Bethany; step-children, Amanda (Trevor) Boquist of Canada, and Tracy (Mark) Poff of Cali.; grandchildren, Lilliana and Arlo Stein, and August Branciforte; step-grandchildren, Kelsey, Faryn, Regan, and Wyatt Boquist, Josephine and James Poff; brothers, Gary (Jeanne) Prue of Fla. and, Ryan (Karen) Prue of Churchville; a sister, Tracey Prue of Bergen. 

 

Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 51 South Lake Street in Bergen where Lindsay's Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lindsay's memory may be made to The Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, New York 14450.
