South Barre - Frank C. Sheelar, 89, of South Barre died Friday, June 28, 2019 at Premier Genesee Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Batavia.
Born in South Barre, son of Avis Sheelar Dash and John P. Sheelar, he lived in this area his whole life.
He engaged in farming for many years and retired several years ago.
Surviving is his sister, Marilyn Morton (Don) of West Virginia and several nieces and nephews.
