Stephen H. Holley

BERGEN - Stephen H. Holley, 59, of Bergen, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Strong Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.

 Mr. Holley was born January 1, 1960, in Ocean City, California, a son of Howard Holley of Arizona and the late Pamela (Palermo) Holley.

He was a Mail Handler for United States Postal Service in Rochester and was a horseman at Batavia Downs for a number of years.  He enjoyed watching Yankees baseball along with Cowboys football.  Most of all though, he held a deep love for his grandchildren.

He is the husband of Paula (Stoecklein) Holley of Bergen.  The two were married September 22, 1990. 

Surviving along with his wife are his children, Christopher (Amanda) Holley of Pavilion , Stacy (Rob) Alcott of Pavilion, and Mark (Laura Mullen) Holley of Bergen; grandchildren, Logan and MacKenzie Holley, and Jesse Alcott; a brother, Kevin Holley of Rochester; a sister, Donna Dellacruz of Brighton. 

Friends may call from 4 to 6 PM on Friday (October 25, 2019) at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 51 South Lake Street in Bergen.  Stephen's Memorial Service will immediately follow calling hours at 6 PM.  Burial will be in Mt. Rest Cemetery in Bergen. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Stephen's memory may be made to the American Stroke Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220.
