KEITH C. O'BRIEN

posted by Michael Tomaszewski.

KEITH C. O’BRIEN ~ Age 76, of Batavia, died Friday November 29, 2019 at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Batavia. Keith was born February 10, 1943 in Buffalo, NY to the late Charles and Jane (Greenman) O’Brien.

Keith passed away suddenly on Friday, leaving everyone in shock. Rarely has anyone lived life as richly and deeply as Keith, so our sudden loss left many people who loved and respected him stunned. Any stranger who met Keith soon became a friend of his. He was very compassionate and the “go to” person for advice.  Keith was a dedicated father and grandfather. We will miss him terribly. Keith was a former employee of the Sears & Roebuck Co. and Independent Health and had a passion for cars.

Surviving is his adoring wife, Sandy (Elmore) O’Brien of Batavia; his loving children, Kevin (Marci) O’Brien of Tonawanda and their children, Erin & Lyndsay; Kerry (Ann) O’Brien of Tonawanda and their children, Peyton & Aiden; Debra (Roger) Toal of SC and their children, Nathan (Salena), Mitch (Becca) & Josh; Steve (Chris) Cifelli of WA, and their son, Dylan (RaeAnne); cherished great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Belle and Magnolia Grace; dear friends, George (Cindy) Cole and Paul (Robin) Emerson.

Services for Keith will be held privately for the family and he will be laid to rest with his parents in Elm Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo. Memorials in his memory are suggested to Volunteers for Animals 3841 West Main Road Batavia, New York 14020.
