RUSSELL A. SEVERANCE ~ Age 68, of Batavia, died peacefully December 3, 2019 at Crossroads House. He was born in N. Tonawanda on August 6, 1951 to the late Gerald and Mary (Devlin) Severance also preceded in death by a sister, Jean Severance.

Russ served his country honorably with the US Navy and was retired from Harrison-Radiator in Lockport. His time and love was for family, especially his grandchildren.

Surviving is his wife of 15 years, Barbara (Kingdon) Severance of Batavia; his loving daughters, BethAnne (Joseph) Nicholas of LeRoy and their children, Emily & SophieAnne; Mary Margaret Gugino and her children, Cameron, Tyler, Ryleigh & Aniston; sister, Dale (Edward) Moll of Wheatfield; dear friend, Laura Dutton-Pontillo of Byron along with several nieces and nephews.

The Severance family will be present from 3-8p.m. on Monday December 9 at the MICHAEL S. TOMASZEWSKI FUNERAL & CREMATION CHAPEL, LLC 4120 West Main Street Road Batavia, New York 14020 where a Remembrance Service will begin at 7:30p.m. Russ will be laid to rest in White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Amherst with his parents and in lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Crossroads House PO Box 403 Batavia, New York 14021.
