Lance J. Lipinski

Lance J. Lipinski, 80, of Lyndonville, formerly of Batavia, passed away on December 27, 2019 at Unity Hospital in Rochester. He was born on January 13, 1939 in Rochester to the late Walter J. and Thelma (Fritz) Lipinski. In addition to his parents, Lance is predeceased by his son; James Lipinski; son-in-law Scott Humel; brother Ronald Lipinski.

Lance was a member of the Sportsman’s Coonhunter’s Association, the East Pembroke Vol. Fire Department, the Junior Wilson’s Sportsman’s Club, and was a social member at the VFW in Medina. Lance was an avid outdoorsman, loved gardening and softball and was a 3 sport athlete in his younger years. Lance enjoyed having friends and family up to the lake for fun!

He is survived by his wife; Betty Lipinski; children Kenneth (Beth) Lipinski of Corfu, Theresa (Jaimie) Branciforte of LeRoy, Deborah (Tim) Baker of Batavia, Penny Humel of E. Pembroke, John Smith of SC., and Michael (Brenda) King of Batavia; brother Thomas Lipinski of Batavia, along with many grandchildren and one nephew; TJ.  

As per his wishes there will be no prior calling hours. Services for Lance will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be a Celebration of Life held in the spring.
