ALICE J. TADDEI ~ Age 89, of Oakfield, died Friday afternoon December 27, 2019 at the East Side Nursing Home in Warsaw. She was born in Batavia, NY on October 13, 1930 to the late Frank and Wanda (Stachowski) Yasses, also preceded in death by her beloved Husband, Amelio R. Taddei, siblings Genevieve Rudolph, Dolores Krantz, Irene Bachulak, Alfreda Walton, Lorraine Maher, Frances Slovick, Frank, Theodore, and Henry Yasses.

Mrs. Taddei was a longtime member of St. Padre Pio Parish in Oakfield and worked at the former Sylvania plant before its move. She was a fun-loving woman who enjoyed cooking, playing cards with her sisters but most of all time spent with family and at Red Lake fishing with her beloved, Amelio.

Surviving are her loving daughters, Carol (Martha Standish) Taddei of Pavilion, Marie (John) Blaine of Pittsburgh, PA and Marilyn (late Keith) Sheron of Batavia; cherished grandchildren, Dr. Maria (Brian) Sheron-Chung and Officer Derek (DeAnna) Blaine; great-grandchildren, Weston & Wyatt Blaine; brothers, Leonard “Butch” Yasses of NC, Edwin Yasses of Stafford; sister-in-law, Lorraine Yasses of Batavia along with many nieces and nephews.

There is no prior visitation and funeral services will be held privately by the Taddei family. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Padre Pio Parish.
