Neva A. Hettrick

Pavilion ~ Neva A. Hettrick, age 100, passed away Saturday evening (January 18, 2020) at the Highlands of Pittsford Living Center.

    

She was born August 10, 1919 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Williams Harmer.

     Neva lived in Byron before moving to Pavilion in the 1930's, where she eventually graduated from Pavilion Central School in 1937.  She married James Hettrick in 1940.  She liked to travel, crochet and work around her flower gardens.  Neva worked for Kemp & Rudgers service station as a bookkeeper and was a part-time postal clerk at the Pavilion Post Office.

     She is survived by her nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, James and her brother and his wife, Wesley and Ina Harmer.

     Services and interment in the Pavilion Cemetery will be private at the convenience of her family.

     Memorials are suggested to the Pavilion Fire Department.
