Ruth H. Hopkins, 93 of Bennington, passed away while under the care of her children on June 16, 2020.

She was born on September 9, 1926 in Buffalo to the late Frank (Marie Nowak) Forkl. Ruth is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 72 years Warner E. Hopkins (2019); siblings, Mary Hastreiter, Pauline Forkl, Frank Forkl, Francis (Viola) Yueckstock, Betty Heissenberger, Norman Forkl and Dorothy Weiner. Son-in-laws John Warner and Paul Hendel.

Ruth was a housewife and dairy farmer for over 50 years with her husband.

She is survived by her children, Judi (Don) Best, Doris Warner, Gary (Lynne) Hopkins, Donna (Jim) Zevola, Diane Hendel and Joan (Paul) Kulczyk; sister-in-law Helen Hopkins and brother-in-law Rob Roy Griffith. 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

A private Graveside Service will be held for the immediate family. She will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery, Attica.
