  Douglas D. Baker of Attica passed away September 23, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease at the age of 78. He was born in Alexander, NY, January 5, 1942. He is the son of the late Charles and Emma (Hemaline) Baker.

Doug is survived by his loving sisters; Gail Richley of Batavia and Patricia Smith of Orangeville; brothers, Randy Baker of Kansas and Chauncey Baker of Pike, NY. He'll be missed by his lifelong friend; Kenny Bush of Warsaw. Douglas leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Doug enjoyed the outdoor life, hunting, fishing and trapping. He retired from Lapp Insulator and Bethlehem Steel. In his retirement he enjoyed helping farmers work their land.

The family would like to thank the Houghton Rehabilitation Facility for his care and well-being.

A private Service will be held at the family's convenience. Doug will be laid to rest at the Middlebury Cemetery with his mother and father.
