Mike was born March 6, 1952 in Batavia, a son of the late Harold Ball and Mary (Munger) Ball.
Mike loved woodworking, NASCAR, coaching football and baseball, his dogs and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was a quality control supervisor at Chapin in Batavia.
Surviving are his wife, Lila (Patrick) Ball; sons, Jason (Rebecca Hodgins Ball) Ball of Batavia and Chris "Beaner" Ball of Batavia; grandchildren, Kylan Ball, Nolan Ball, Adalyn Ball and Braelyn Ball; a brother, Ronny Ball of Pembroke; sisters, Carol (Joe) Grasso of Batavia, Connie (Joe) Faruch of Rochester and Sherry (Jeff) Walsh of Alexander and nieces and nephews.
Mike is a brother of the late Edward Ball.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
