Mrs. Tiernan worked for many years at the Greater Rochester International Airport.
She is survived by her son Randall D. Barrows of Perry; grandchildren Mary (Chris) Foley of Attica; James Barrows of Perry; 7 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces of nephews.
There will be no prior calling hours and funeral services will be private. She will be laid to in Leicester Cemetery.
