Timothy R. Geyer, 61 of Oakfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 13, 2020. He was born May 3, 1959 in Lancaster to Bernice (Lindstedt) Geyer of Lancaster and the late Robert Geyer. He is preceded in death by his cherished Uncle Roy Lindstedt.

After 33 years Tim retired from the D.O.T this past April. 

Tim above all loved his family. He was a lover of the outdoors - hunting, fishing and target shooting. He loved old cars, the Buffalo Bills and being a baseball coach. Tim loved being with his friends especially his lifelong best friend Scott Cooper. His favorite activities also included taking his granddaughter Oakley and grand puppy Rex for walks and taking his wife Nancy to the casino. Tim will be missed by many. 

Tim is survived by his beloved wife Nancy E. (Kilger) Geyer of Oakfield, children Lindsay (Kyle) Amendola of Spencerport, Andrew Geyer of Clarence Center; sister Kathy (Michael) Rowse of VA; granddaughter Oakley Amendola, along with several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 4 to 8 PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc., 329-333 West Main Street, Batavia, New York 14020. Funeral Services will be held privately.

Please note the Funeral Home will be limited to 25 people inside at a time per state guidelines. Please be prepared to wait outside.  New York State requires those in attendance to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and face coverings are mandatory. Thank you for your cooperation.
