Tim was born Wednesday, November 11, 1981 in Batavia, a son of Rebecca Backes of Batavia.
Tim was known for his love of his boys and spending time with them. He had a love of snowmobile racing, lowered cars and especially for being out on the water with friends enjoying the day and even the sunsets. No matter who it was a stranger to a long lost friend he was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Chances are you would wake up to a funny video of Tim in the morning dancing to today's hits. Never one to be serious for to long, he had numerous funny sayings that he would come up with and use on you. He just wanted to make people smile.

Surviving along with this mother, Rebecca, are his sons, Sebastian Conti and Giovanni Conti; Sebastian and Giovanni's mother, Teresa (Chad) Clark of Pavilion; a brother, Sean (Crystal Learn) Backes of Nunda; a nephew, Maddox Backes of Nunda; aunts, Brenda (Peter) Hoag of Dansville, Laura (Randy) Green of Nunda and Linda (Robert) Strump of Lima; a great-aunt, Dorothy Stella of Brighton and several cousins.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Richard and Norma Backes and great-grandparents, Francis and Jeanette Gordon.
A Celebration of Tim's Life will be held at a later date.
