William R. Dombrowski

William R. Dombrowski, 86 of Batavia, passed away Wednesday (April 21, 2021) at Strong Memorial Hospital.

He was born September 27, 1934 in Batavia, a son of the late William T. and Julia Wojtacha Dombrowski.

William was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish and served his country honorably with the United States Air Force from 1954-1958. He was employed as a truck driver with P.I.E. Trucking Co. in Rochester prior to his retirement.

He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Barbara Tomaszewski Dombrowski of Batavia.   Surviving along with his wife are sons, David (Amanda) Dombrowski of Hamburg and Thomas (Gigi) Dombrowski of Batavia. Daughter, Kristy (Darryl) Kruczkowski of Lancaster. Grandchildren, Maressa (Josh) Earl, Samantha Dombrowski, Dane Dombrowski, James Kruczkowski and Katie Kruczkowski. Great-Grandchildren, Collin and Lila Earl. Sister, Barbara Barlow of Batavia and Brother, Robert Dombrowski of Batavia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are cordially invited to share in his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday (April 26th), 11:00am at Resurrection Parish, 303 East Main St., Batavia.
