He was born March 14, 1955 in Batavia, NY, a son of the late Charles and Doris Garwood Stoddard.
Jeff served his country with the U.S. Navy from 1973-1977.
Survivors include his siblings, Marcia Draper of Batavia, Charles Stoddard Jr. of Lockport, David (Lori) Stoddard of Salt Lake City, Utah, Timothy Stoddard of Batavia and Cheryl (Ken) Baker of Buffalo.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service with military honors on Thursday (July 29th), 12pm at the Mumford Rural Cemetery.
