  Wayne L. Stone, 66, of Alexander passed away on Saturday August 21, 2021 at Buffalo General Hospital. He was born in Batavia on October 31, 1954 to the late Harry and Eleanor (Sloper) Stone.

He is survived by his loving wife; Antoinette (Puccio) Stone; brother Harry Stone of Herkimer; Aunt Joyce (Richard) Sands of Bergen, along with many cousins.

Wayne has his own DJ business, American Music Express staring the Boogie Man. He worked with Danny Nevereth, at WBTA and WBTF radio in Batavia and for Ramblin Lou at WXRL radio in Lancaster. Wayne was a bus driver for both First Student and Transport America and was the Santa of the North Pole for the Medina Railroad Station. He delivered the local newspaper and also worked at Darien Lake, Topps in Alden and Walmart in Batavia.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday August 26, 2021 from 4:00-7:00PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. 329-333 West Main St. Batavia, New York 14020. A closing Prayer will be held at the conclusion of the visitation.
