Tom worked for many years at Attica Central School. Music was an enormous part of his life, he cut a record and played in bands for most of his life. Tom was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and camp.
He is survived by his beloved wife Barbara (Merlin) Mooney of Attica; children, Thomas (Michelle) Mooney Jr. of Elizabethtown, PA, Priscilla (Ray Toperek) Mooney of Lackawanna, NY, Sherry (Dominc) Cusatis of Downingtown, PA; sister, Mary Richley of Attica; four grandchildren, Christopher and Felicia Toperek, Hannah Mooney, Cody Cusatis; 3 great-grandchildren, Angelica, Ashlyn and Audrey, along with many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at Marley Funeral Home, LLC, 135 Main Street, Attica, NY 14011. A 1:00pm Celebration of his Life will immediately follow calling hours on Saturday. He will be laid to rest in West Middlebury Cemetery.
