Paul A. Huff

Paul A. Huff, age 70, entered into rest Jan. 26, 2022 at the Batavia VA Medical Center in Batavia.

Mr. Huff was born Nov. 10, 1951 in Lackawanna, a son of the late John T. Huff, Sr. and Margaret (Byrd) Huff.

Paul proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War; serving on the U.S.S. Forrestal from 1969 to 1972. He was an avid NASCAR fan.

Surviving are his children, Melanie Huff of Nebraska, Christopher (Erin) Huff of Hamburg, Shannon (Bill) Hauck of Hamburg, Brandi Huff of Saranac Lake, and Anthony Huff of Hawaii; grandchildren, Edward Terkelsen, Clara and Lucas Huff, Abigail and Evangeline Hauck, Levi Huff, and Zajac Rizzo-Huff; a brother, John T. (Lisa) Huff, Jr. of Arkansas; sisters, Lynn (Bob) Palyszeski of Lakeview, and Mary Ellen (late Bud) Hanna of Angola. His former spouse, Laurie Zajac of Hamburg along with several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Western New York National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
