Carmela (LaRussa) Deni

  Carmela (LaRussa) Deni, 92, of Batavia passed away peacefully on July 17, 2022. She was born on May 30, 1930 in Batavia to the late Lawrence LaRussa and Bertha (DeBole) LaRussa. She is preceded in death by her husband; Joseph Deni.

Carmela was a long-time member of St Joseph's Church (Resurrection Parish) in Batavia.

She is survived by her five sons; James (Simone) Deni, Lawrence (Roseann) Deni, Joseph (Kathryn) Deni, Thomas Deni, Michael (Deborah) Deni; her sisters Marian (William) Heisler and Loretta (John) MacKenzie, as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior calling hours. A 12:00PM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday July 19, 2022 Resurrection Parish 303 East Main St. Batavia, NY 14020. She will be entombed in Msgr. Kelly Mausoleum in Batavia.
